Shipping costs
We try to keep our delivery costs to a minimum. We offer $12 flat-rate shipping within Australia and $16 Express Post shipping.
We ship on the day of order or the next day, you should receive your order within a week (unless you live in a regional area, in which case our couriers might take a bit longer to find you).

Returns
To receive approval for return or exchange of goods please email our Customer Service Team on hello@primandco.com.au
Prim and Co do not offer refund for change of mind but will happily grant an online credit code.
Items must be in their original packaging and must be unused and unwashed with all tags attached. Products returned without their packaging, that have been washed or used and do not have the accompanying receipt of purchase will not be approved for an exchange.
We reserve the right to reject any request for returns that do not comply with the conditions above or do not fall under Australian consumer law. If your return is approved but after review your package is not accepted, it will be sent back to you at your cost and a return will not be granted.
Delivery charges from Prim and Co as well as the cost to return the product are not reimbursed.
Please include a return, self addressed paid envelope for exchanges.
Once approved, returns may take up to two weeks to process.
Note: This policy only applies to items purchased directly from www.primandco.com.au. If you have purchased a product from another retail store, you are required to return it to that store.
